I am pretty sure the blower is working because I can hear activity from where the blower is when i mess with the fan settings. I would never have never guessed, but the ac compressor stopped engaging right after replacing my airbag module under the armrest. 1. The "Driver & Passenger Temperature Selection" buttons set the temperature to aim for (by side) by mixing hot/cold air differentially. 2. The "AC Compressor" switch turns the A/C on (at the preset fan speed) & off. E60 - Air Conditioning. My 2006, 530XI is haunted; if the outside temp. is over 90F the AC stops working and blows warm air. I leave in the NE so this is a bit peculiar since the weather (generally) is on the cool side.
