To unlock this Cow level in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you have to be in camp and then take Wirtâs leg and use a tome of Identify in Horadric Cube. This will open up a new portal beside you.

The horadric cube has tons of different recipes which can be looked up. A few I think are nice to use in this early game are cubing 3 magic amulets to get a magic ring and/or cubing 3 magic rings to get a magic amulet. This is not mandatory but can be a nice way to get more chances at decent jewelry.
